Debt Notes does not collect personal data directly. We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to improve app
stability and experience. All your debt records, notes, and settings stay entirely on your device.

What This Policy Covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Debt Notes handles your information. Debt Notes is a local Android app for
tracking debts and loans. Your debt records, contact names, amounts, and notes are stored locally on your device
and never transmitted. However, we do use Firebase services (Analytics and Crashlytics) to help improve app
stability and user experience.

Debt Notes does not directly collect any of the following:

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics may collect anonymous technical data such as device model, OS version, and
crash logs. This is used solely to improve app performance and fix bugs. It cannot be used to identify you
personally.
03 — Permissions
Why We Request Permissions
Debt Notes requests only the permissions necessary to function. No permission is used to collect or transmit
data.

04 — Third Parties
Third Party Services
Debt Notes does not use any advertising SDKs or cloud sync services. Specifically, we do not use:
- Advertising SDKs — the app is 100% ad-free
- Cloud storage or sync services
Firebase (Google)
We use Firebase services provided by Google LLC for the following purposes:
Firebase Analytics — collects anonymous usage data such as screen
views and app events to help us understand how the app is used and improve the user experience. This data is
aggregated and cannot be used to identify you personally.
Firebase Crashlytics — automatically collects crash reports when
the app encounters an error. This helps us identify and fix bugs quickly. Crash reports may include device
model, OS version, and app version at the time of the crash.

05 — Local Storage
All Data Stays On Your Device
The app stores your debt records, contact names, amounts, notes, and settings locally on your device. Nothing
is ever sent to any server.
This local data is entirely under your control. Uninstalling the app removes all stored data from your device.
We have no copy of it and no way to access it.
06 — Security
Your Financial Data is Private
All your debt records, amounts, and notes are stored entirely on your device. We have no access to your data
because we never receive it in the first place. Your financial information is never transmitted to any server or
shared with anyone.
07 — Children
Safe for All Ages
Since Debt Notes does not collect personal data, there is no risk of collecting information from users of any
age, including children under 13. The app is safe for all users.
08 — Updates
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated
date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after changes means
you accept the updated policy.
